get in the patty wagon

Patty Wagon started in 2014 as a flat-top in the back of a retired police van, parked outside the 17th Avenue bars at last call. The van has retired again, and the flat-top moved into a Bridgeland corner shop. The rule hasn't changed: Alberta chuck and brisket, ground here every morning and smashed to order, with fries in beef tallow. Chef Wes Tremblay runs the grill.
