This policy explains what Patty Wagon collects when you visit this site, order from our shop, or contact us, and what we do with it. The short version: we keep what we need to feed you and ship your order, and nothing else.

what we collect

When you order from the shop we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping address and the details of your order. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

When you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply. If you apply for a wholesale account, we also keep your business name and address.

how we use it

To make, pack and ship your order, to tell you when it is on its way, and to answer your questions. We use wholesale details to set up and bill your account.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: our payment processor, the courier that delivers your order, and our email provider. Each gets only what it needs to do its part.

how long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, because Canadian tax law says so. Messages are deleted after two years. You can ask us to delete anything else sooner.

cookies

This site stores your cart in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date below.
