The flavour starts in the field. Our beef comes from three family ranches south of Calgary, pasture-raised and hormone free.

Every pack is vacuum sealed and flash frozen the day we grind it. Keeps six months in the freezer.

Shipped frozen on ice anywhere in Alberta and BC within two days, or pick up at the restaurant.

We grind for pubs, cafés, food trucks, hotels, arenas and office kitchens across Calgary.
